SNAP BLOCK CORPORATION

Introduction

The Snap Block Corporation was founded on April 19th 2005 to promote the design, development, and sales of a very unique wall form system that utilizes thermoplastic technology to expedite the building of very strong monolithic poured, concrete walls.

This wall form system can be classified as both an  insulated concrete form (I.C.F) and a stay in place (S.I.P.) wall form. Since our wall forms can be used with insulation or without, it makes our design much more versatile than any comparable wall systems.

The market for this wall form system is huge and variable. It can be used in virtually any type of concrete structure, and the benefits are by far superior to any other wall systems available in the market today. The market is screaming for new innovations that can expedite work, reduce costs, implement energy savings, and most significant is the green advantage of utilizing recycled plastics

Initial product release - Target Market
Drainage infrastructure developement

Infrastructure - Includes but is not limited to, catch basins, storm drains, sanitary sewers, electrical vaults, duct banks, box culverts, seepage collars, piers, etc..

Benefits:

  1. For the first time ever, contractors can receive structures by Fed Ex, and U.P.S., instead of submitting drawings, and waiting for undefined periods of time. The boxes can be delivered overnight, or within days. When the lightweight modular parts hit the job, it is a matter of hours until they are ready for an inspection, and a concrete pour. What could possible be more beneficial than this? Well, not only will our product save huge amounts of time, this wall system will save dollars per square ft. off the comparable price of pre fabricated, or conventional framing and in this particular application the ratio of recycled resin to virgin resin can be very substantial.

  1. Rain can be a real problem for infrastructure contractors, and it can delay a project for extended periods of time. The majority of the manpower used on these projects is paid hourly, and it can impact income to a large degree, as well as moral. For the contractor who has good foresight and can keep an inventory of blocks readily available, rain days become work days. Our wall forms can be pre assembled into (easy to handle) wall sections at the shop, and transported to the job sites. Again, this gives the contractor the competitive edge that minimizes lost time and production.

 Additional advantages

  1. Can utilize recycled materials, and is a green product.
  2. Sturdy light weight components.
  3. Creates extremely strong monolithic walls.
  4. Interior and exterior water resistant panels.
  5. Unique snap features keep perfect horizontal and vertical alignment.
  6. Saves time, money, and minimizes labor.
  7. Compact and modular, reduces shipping cost.
  8. Extremely user friendly
