Regular Block Configuration:

A regular block is dual directional and works with left corners and right corners. The parts needed to assemble a regular block are as follows:

(1) SB-1L           (left wall panel)
(1) SB-2R           (Right wall Panel)
(8) SB-B-4-12      (Variable brace strap)

The panels are packed in bundles of (28) wall panels per box.
The brace straps are packed in bundles of (225) braces per box. 1 box of brace straps will assemble 28 blocks with 1 extra brace per box.

Outside Corner Configurations:

There are 2 primary left and right outside corner configurations, they are needed to create a staggered corner that prevents vertical joints from aligning and creating weak spots in the wall. Basically, if the first row is started with a full (LCO) left corner panel, then the second row would be started with a (1/2LCO) half left corner panel.

The corner panels have diagonal corner flanges that intersect, so each wall panel needs an intersecting panel that keeps the staggered configuration on both ends of a corner. The mate to a full corner outside panel would be a 1/2 corner mate, and the mate to a half corner outside panel would be a full corner panel mate.

To build a left corner 6 rows high the following outside panels are needed:

(3) SB-3-LCO (left corner outside) + (3) SB-3-1/2LCMO (half left corner mate)
and
(3) SB-3-1/2LCO (half left corner outside) + (3) SB-3-LCMO (left corner mate)

Outside corner panels are joined by (2) SB-B-7D (corner braces)
and (2) SB-B-1 (Snap buttons)

Full panels are packed in bundles of 28 panels per box.
Half panels are packed in bundles of 56 per box.

SB-B-7D (diagonal braces) are packed in bundles of 100 per box.

SB-B-1 (snap buttons) are packed in bundles of 100 per box.

Inside configurations:

There are 2 primary inside wall panels for both left and right corners, they are full panels and half panels. When using a full outside wall panel, a opposing inside wall panel must be used. For instance, if a SB-3-LCO (Left corner outside) is being used, it must be joined with 4 brace straps and a SB-6-1/2RCI (half right inside) panel. It is apparent that when a left outside panel is used, a corresponding right inside panel is used, and again there is a full panel to half panel relationship with internal corners.

When using inside corners there is a slightly different configuration that occurs, for instance; when a half left outside corner panel is utilized, a full right inside corner is used, but the right inside corner panel is adjoined by 8 brace straps to a SB-1L (left wall panel). This is a transitional point where the corner and the walls are being joined, and when a SB-3-LCMO (left corner mate outside) is used, it is adjoined with 4 braces to a half (SB-2R) wall panel.

To build a left corner, 6 rows high the following inside panels are needed:

(3) SB-6-RCI (right corner inside)

(3) SB-6-1/2RCI (half right corner inside)

Full panels are packed in bundles of 28 panels per box.

Half panels are packed in bundles of 56 per box.
